Sophisticated Food and Drink
Perk on Main is a small town joint with delicious food and drinks, that you don't find in just any 'ole small town, but then again, Durham isn't any any old town! We provide sophisticated food, namely our famous crepes, wraps, burritos and salads, and a full line of espresso and coffee drinks, teas and chais. All served with a small town attitude, which means when we say, "it's our pleasure to serve you", we REALLY mean it!
Check out our menu and your mouth is sure to water. We serve specials and soups every day. Some of the most popular include breakfast quesadillas and blintzes on the weekend and Thursday's special — The Thanksgiving Day Wrap. It's always a sell out.
You should sign up for Daily Specials here.

Good Neighbor and Good for the Environment
It is our goal to help bring forth an environmentally sustainable and socially just human presence on earth.
In this pursuit:
- We buy fairly traded, organic and/or local products whenever possible, and it often is possible.
- We purchase 100% Wind Energy for its long term sustainability.
- We generate the same amount of garbage as an average single family home by using compostable and recyclable materials wherever possible.
- We believe that food waste does not belong in a landfill, ours is turned into mulch.
- We provide filtered water to decrease need for bottled water.
- We use a travel mug for our daily cuppa-cuppa, try it and save a quarter each time.
- Our coffee grounds are donated to local gardens and farms.
It is our pleasure to support our citizens, local communities and local causes in any way we can.
Thank you for supporting us.
